When I started this piece, I started painting so many hydrangeas they almost took over the entire canvas.  It reminded me of those moments when your life feels wonderfully alive.  Hydrangeas have always symbolized abundance, and I wanted this painting to have exactly that.  Its a celebration of full tables, full bellies, and a full calendar.  It is a good reminder that the full seasons are the ones we will always remember.
